Included in Lodge Venue Hire
- Accommodation and breakfast for up to twenty-four (24) Lodge guests per day
- Exclusive use of Bosch Hoek Lodge for the duration of the event

Venue Hire Excludes
- Refundable damages deposit
- Wedding coordinator (required for all weddings hosted at Bosch Hoek Lodge)
- Ceremony and reception marquee or tent structures
- Décor, furniture, crockery, cutlery, and hired equipment
- Catering and service staff
- Audio, entertainment, and production
- Additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Venue Hire & Exclusivity
Venue hire includes the days required for setup and strike-down, ensuring suppliers have adequate time to prepare and dismantle the event without compromise. As the Lodge remains exclusively reserved during this period, these days form part of the overall venue hire.
